Our range of brass & bronze door knobs are selected from Carlisle Brass, Delamain, Croft Architectural & Frank Allart. There are two main types of door knob: Rim Knobs and Mortice Knobs. Your choice depends on the lock or latch they are to be used with. Rim locks sit on the face of the door and Mortice locks are cut into the edge of the door. Several door knobs are suitable for either function but many are not, so we have separated them for you. Where a door knob is dual purpose we have put it in both categories so you can be sure you are getting the correct item to suit your lock.
