Traditional Kirkpatrick Lever Handles on a Multipoint Espagnolette Lock Backplate in Black Argent or Pewter . These come as standard with a Euro Profile Hole and 92mm centres to suit most modern Multi Point Locks with a lift-to-lock mechanism. They can be made to suit any centres, however.

Be aware that the handle is un-sprung, so please ensure that your lock is of high enough quality to carry and return it.
