Comes with an attractive brass finish cover and arm set .
Designed for Pull or Push Side applications with a parallel arm bracket (included).
Perfectly suitable for High duty applications like school corridors and external doors in exposed areas.
Built in adjustable Backcheck (A form of door-brake to slow violent openings).
Can be set to Power EN1-6 by valve. Separate closing speed by valve. Latch Action adjustable by valve.
Ideal for Medium and heavy use Fire Doors up to 1400mm wide. Can assist with Making your Door set DDA Compliant.
Delayed Action Version selectable here. This Delayed Closing function is ideal where you need the door to stay open for a while before closing.
Mechanical or Electro Hold Open and Swing Free Versions available to special order.
Antique brass and satin brass can be ordered as specials.
