Insurance Yale Nightlatch Lock In Brass

Yale PBS1 and Yale PBS2 Cylinder Rim Automatic Deadlocking Nightlatch in Brasslux.
The PBS1 Night Latch is 60mm Backset and the PBS2 is 40mm. This is from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole.
This Yale Lock automatically deadlocks when the door is closed and the internal handle can be deadlocked by key.
The Latch Bolt can be held back "on the snib" by use of the button.
This lock conforms to BS3621 and is therefore up to insurance standards.
