Imperial Horizontal Mortice Locks to suit euro profile cylinders. Made by Guardian Locks. Top quality handmade british locks and latches.

Available in Satin Brass, Satin Stainless Steel, Polished Stainless Stee (like chrome), IBMA Bronze or black with a matching striker and screws. They can usually be finished to match your door furniture for an additional fee when ordered at the same time.

127 or 151mm overall case depth (see size chart.) Note that backset and case depth are two different measurements.

These locks are ideal for knobs, setting the knobs deep into the door to avoid finger trap situations and providing the traditional look provided that you have room for them.

OPERATION:
Latchbolt operated by knob from either side. Deadbolt operated by key from either side using a double cylinder or by key outside and thumb turn inside using a single cylinder with turn.

SPECIFICATION:
Pierced to accept 20mm centre bolt through fixing escutcheons. Pierced to accept 38mm centre horizontally opposed bolt through fixing furniture.

LATCHBOLT.
Brass, reversible. Projection 12mm.

DEADBOLT.
Brass, with two hardened steel rollers. Throw 14mm.

FOLLOWER.
Brass, to suit 8mm square spindle. Two-way action. Sprung to suit knob furniture only.

CYLINDER.
Not supplied. May be used with the below cylinders. The security of the lock will depend on the security of the cylinder you specify.

Satin Brass is a stock finish. All others are specials and can take 7-10 days on average.
